ArtEffect 2.0 - The "Photoshop"-like Graphics Program

Version 2 of ArtEffect is completely new programmed and revised. You will still find the successful concepts and the GUI of version 1.0, but there are many new features, e.g. layers, ARexx and multiple Undo/Redo.
