Npasswd is one of the first -- perhams _the_ first package I
put together.  I've not supported it fully for some time now
(as the lack of a PACKAGE_REVISION field indicates).

If anyone is using this, I'll update the package to the extent
of uploading an update with the missing field added.  Otherwise,
I'd like to withdraw it or declare it orphan.

If you're using it, speak up.
