Description: Dialog window and command line based temperature converter. You can convert Fahrenheit to Celcius and vice versa. Installation is a breeze, you just have to load the remote file. The readme file contains all the necessary information - a large portion appears to be dedicated to a record of previous versions and changes though. You can use the script either through a dialog window (accessible through an alias or popups) or directly from the command prompt. The addon works just fine from what I can tell. Coding is fine eventhough there were places where the spacing was a bit odd. Nothing much to say beyond that ...

Title: The Alpha Revolution GalaxyNet Addon

Format: Win OS

Description: This script does what it suggests it is for, and does it well. In the description it states: "It protects you from kicks, bans and deops. It is good in the sense that it checks your access before performing an action, making sure you have enough access to perform it first." I would recomend this script to the users of GalaxyNet. However, not unlike many scripts. it does store your registered nickname and password in variables. While this in and of itself is not a dangerious thing, one MUST remember never to pack up their mirc directory and give it to someone else with passwords in the variables. The interface (a menu) for this script is clean, and easy to understand, and when started the first time, querys the user for the needed information (registered userid, and password), and asks the user to use the Galaxynet gaccess command so it can store access levels the user has in different channels... this is a very clever, and original idea. Over all I would give this script a high rating for anyo

Title: The Guy 1

Format: Win OS

Description: Game addon. Basically, it's composed of a picture window with the drawing of a little stickfigure with wild green hair. You get to draw lines on him and to "poke" him by double-clicking on the picture. The script reacts with various comments such as "Mommiiie!!! This guy keeps poking me!". The script contains a readme file that has some setup instructions. However, due to the unusual nature of the addon, it would have been nice if the authour could have included a description of what exactly it does. The authour could have also mentioned that there were popup menus available for the picture window and echo'ed the command for starting the script (/theguy) on load. The script works fairly well, allowing you to chose the size of the "paintbrush" through the popup menus available for the picture windows and also allows you to reset the script. Title: Tic Tac Toe 1.9

Description: A little addon to play Tic Tac Toe with, runs using sockets. A nice little addon that has a reasonably informative readme.txt file that explains to you how the script works, how to install it and how to run it. It also keeps scores (if it's a two-player game). The script runs and works. However, there are several points that could be improved. PyShicO, if you are reading this, I hope that will take the below as constructive critism only :) The script allows you to play alone or with another user. If you play alone, you simply double click on a picture window and the addon will draw a square or a X in the square that you clicked on. So far, so good. The problem is that with single player mode, both sides can win. In other words, the addon doesn't restart or stop running the current game even if one of the sides has already won. With the two players you have to be on the same channel as them in order to initiate a game. Player1 has to listen for a request while Player2 requests a game via a acti

Title: Time Please 1

Format: Win OS

Description: Utility addon that basically allows you to have a custom window with the time in analog format. It also displays some other information such as the date and the time in digital format. Digital display and colours of the custom window are configurable. Good readme file with setup instructions, a description of the addon, contact information, etc. Once loaded, just look in the menubar popups in order to access the addon. I didn't encounter any bugs while looking over the script. The colours for the clock are updated as soon as you click on the "apply" button. Nice presentation. The only thing that bugged me a little bit was that the digital time wasn't centered in the custom window. It's just a teeny weeny presentation thing - I know, I'm very picky. Sorry. ;) Coding was fine, clean and well organized. I would have liked to see local aliases though. Besides that, it should just be noted that uninstalling the script will not remove the variables set by it.
