Description: Average away script with features such as logger/pager, optional nick change on away and some extras such as a list of current stats along with links to homepage (updates). Popup menus and dialog interface. Setup is quite simple, consisting solely of unzipping the addon into your main mIRC dir. This will actually create a directory called "Dream" in which the script files are located. Author included a readme file with update, contact info along with setup instructions. You can toggle the various options by accessing the dialog window from the popup menus. The addon worked in the most part but could have had some more error checking (e.g.: you should not be able to set away if you are not connected to a server ;o). The author should also check that you actually provided a value for the Auto-Idle away or provide a default value himself. Title: Dynamic k9 4.13

Description: Addon script that is designed to help you handle K9, the channel services "bot" on the Chatnet IRC network. Dialogs and popups support. The addon has extensive documentation both as readme file (with setup instructions), as an individual *.hlp file and as a section devoted to assistance with script commands in the addon dialog itself. Once installed, it is fairly easy to get accustomed to the addon. The dialog window is available through various popup menus and you also have dynamic popups to help you with your handling of channels. I confess that I did not extensively test the commands available with the addon. Since I have never really frequented Chatnet before and am totally unfamiliar with its services, I tested out a few basic commands and then looked at the rest of the script. While running it, I did not really experience any bugs except for the fact that the files I unzipped didn't contain "14.bmp", which caused a few status errors. Title: E-Z Timer 1.1

Description: E-Z Timer v1.1 is an update to the already existing E-Z Timer 1.0. Basically, this is an addon for beginners that will allow them to customize and create their own timers in mIRC. There were some substantial changes in this version over the old one, such as dialog rearrangement and code enhancements (improvements?). So, I feel it is necessary to do a totally new review :-) Again, error checking is not 'big' in this addon, but the author did add a few parts where he/she checked to make sure information was validly entered. For example, you cannot start a timer without an interval and repition. The bad part is that no error checking was used to see if the time was in 'Min' or 'Sec' format. There was also no error checking to make sure that the numerical values 'were' numerical, so you will get this error if you enter letters: * /timer.: invalid parameters (line 55, eztimer11.mrc). The author includes a 'default' for the timer command, unfortunately this also combines with the lack of error check

Title: Easy Dialog Creator 3

Description: An 'Easy' Dialog Creator that allows you to quickly create and edit dialogs all from within mIRC. Say goodbye to constantly racking your brain over what co-ordinates to use. This little addon allows you to use almost anything that you can use in a dialog, with the main exception being tabs. The readme file should get you up and running quite quickly, though it really isn't that extensive (can't blame it though, considering its intended audience). You configure your dialogs using a custom window which acts as a preview pane, and a dialog that holds all the settings for the items in the dialog. This system is easy enough to use, though I still had a few problems with it, such as not being able to change the URL for my link item (Which I shouldn't be able to change anyway, seeing as I need an event to use it). Description: Interesting script that servs for keeping track of the topics of the channels that you go to. It also allows you to set a type of topiclock on a certain phrase by having the script automatically perform a command of your choice when the topic is changed, change the topic back, messaging the channel or a user of your choice in order to have the topic set back etc. Dialog interface. Well written readme file with setup instructions, information on the script, description, help, contact information, etc. The script is easy to install, use and configure. It's very well done. But as it always is with good scripts, the more customizable options you see, the more you hope for additional ones ;) So perhaps the author could consider adding a feature that allows you to clear the channel topics of a specific channel in the "all topics" section or simply allow you to remove the ones that you'd like. Some might also wish to send a message to the channel while enforcing the topiclock ... checkboxes instead o
