Pinball Brain Damage

Pinball Brain Damage is a new pinball game from Vulcan Software. Some of you may remember a non-playable demo of it on Aminet a few months ago. Well Vulcan have recently released a few screenshots of the latest version of the game, and very good it looks too.

The game will be released as an AGA only title and will be coming on disk and not CD-ROM as was planned by Vulcan (See seperate news story). The game will take up six disks and will be playable from both HardDrive and floppy. The game will contain two tables these being the Hypervolution and Magnetic Whirlpool, both of which are pseudo 3D rendered tables in 256 colours.

The game will also include a Hi-Res mode allowing 3-ball multiball play. Another excellent feature is the mulit coloured matrix display, this was something that was brought alive in Slamtilt, hopefully this can build on that. Other features include 3 directional tilt functions, 5 channel reply routines and full motion animated option screens.

The game will hopefully be released around July time, I will hopefully have more news and a Preview closer to the release date.
