This file (`/usr/lib/irc/ircII.servers') should be in /etc - please
see the FSSTND.

This was passed onto me by a friend

For the ircii package, it would be nice if it asked you for a default
server to connect to and wrote this to a /usr/lib/irc/ircII.servers
file for you. Just a suggestion, it is easy enough for the user to
manually do this themselves.
