The emacs-x package quite properly mentions a dependency on xbaseR6
or xr6shlib.

However, emacs-x is Standard and xbaseR6 is only Optional.

Either xbaseR6 should be made at least Standard or emacs-x should be
made Optional, or they should both be made Recommended.
