The xterm entry also has missing keydefs, but I had trouble resolving
the HOME, END, and keypad keys in an xterm, so can't provide an update.

This is in the linux section of both the present /etc/termcap
and the expanded one I provided earlier.  However, my bs key
produces ^? (stty raw; cat -v).  The terminfo data/linux file
has kbs=\177.
