Package: perl
Version: 5.001-5.elf

The new elf perl package depends on version 5 of the math library.
However, as far as I can tell, version 5 has not been released yet (as
a debian package).

Please report this as a bug to Carl Streeter <streeter@cae.wisc.edu>.

I'm using elf-libc-5.2.7-1. Should the linker accept libm.so.5.0.3
as a match when it is searching for libm.so.5? I'm at work now.
I'll double check this tonight. Perhaps there was a problem when I
installed elf-libc.

Somehow, elf-libc is installed but libm.so.5 is not. After

idea how the problem occured. It's been a few weeks since I first

This is obviously not a perl problem. Please close this bug report.
