Package: basedisks

It seems that the basedisks are installing the config files of the
netstd package. There is no reason to do that. Also the inetd.conf
file should be removed from the basedisks. Due to the (old) existing
inetd.conf file the services which should be started via inetd remain
disabled (the inetd.conf file will be created by the netbase package).
