Package: libc
Version: 4.6.27-6

The sysinfo system call is documented (manpages 1.8-1), implemented in
the kernel (vanilla 1.2.13) and made available to user programs that
#include the right <linux/*> files, but it doesn't appear to be in the
libc. I get:

/u/ian/things/debian/dpkg-1.0.1/main/filesdb.c:407: undefined reference to `sysinfo'

Using nm on /usr/lib/libc.a confirms that there is no `sysinfo' entry
point.

It also doesn't seem to be in any of the `normal' libc headers (ie,
<sys/*.h>, rather than <linux/*.h>).

Ian.
