The 'PARSER_LICENSES' file of the source package speaks of
'the Debian "bison-parsers" package', while debian.README says the
latest change is
'Upgraded to version A2.5 and merged packages bison and bison-parsers'.
It looks like PARSER_LICENCES should say
'[...] and are now part of the Debian "bison" package'.
