In the mean time, it might be wise to make a separate boot disk for
the people with Adaptec SCSI controllers.  The conflict with the
Buslogic driver is still preventing the bootdisk from working.  This
problem will affect (at least) all new debian users with Adaptec 1542B
controllers.
