Subject: w3-el-2.2.16-1.tar.gz doesn't build
From: Karl Eichwalder <ke@ke.Central.DE>

Package: w3-el
Version: 2.2.16
Package_Revision: 1

# make -f debian.rules build
rm -rf tmp/build/w3
install -d tmp/build
cp -alu tmp/orig/* tmp/build
cp: tmp/orig/*: No such file or directory
make: *** [tmp/.build.w3.stamp] Error 1

Reverse diff'ing doesn't build the untouched w3.tar.gz, instead of doing
some kind of `patch -R' it tries to ftp the original packages. Nice
feature, but not the Debian standard AFAIK.

postinst should call install-info to make an entry in /usr/info/dir.

And again: It's not okay to force every Emacs-user to load w3; postinst
makes such an entry in site-start.el.

I think, it would be a good idea to split the package: the w3 stuff as
it comes from ftp.cs.indiana.edu and a minor package with the additional
.el files. There's no need to change the name of the package (w3 ->
w3-el).

Thanks for all the work, Karl.
