PACKAGE: distribution site

/debian/ms-dos/net/amd-upl102.deb does not conform to
safe MSDOS file naming practice ([A-Za-z0-9_\-] only,
and 8+3 length limits.

This is rendered by pc-nfs as ahnd-u~ha.deb.
