The September 16 pre-release version of the base system displayed the
following error when I tried to set the default keymap:

Which keytable should be loaded at boot time? dvorak.map
Setting the keytable to `dvorak.map'... sed: can't read
/root/etc/init.d/console: No such file or directory

After finishing the installation, I found that /etc/init.d/console was
empty.
