Fix the permissions. Currently, uucico is SUID uucp & SGID dialout. This
works fine, except for ports which have gettys on them. To make it work on
one of those ports, I had to use a /dev/ttyS? device instead of a /dev/cua?
device. I'm not wedded to the idea of using only the cua? devices for
dialout, but I'm not sure that we should have to use the ttyS? devices.
Also, if we are to use the /dev/ttyS? devices for dialout purposes, the
group ownership should be changed accordingly.

I should write manual pages and info nodes for the HDB configuration files.
(These should also go back upstream to the generic taylor distribution.)

Write a script which will investigate smail configuration files to determine
if I need to fix the pathname in a statfile= attribute.
I'm no longer sure what prompted this requirement.

I should configure uucp when it is installed.

I should upgrade to the new uucp 1.06.1 version released by Ian Taylor.
