F1GP-Ed Documentation

The options in this window allow you to preset all the standard options
available in F1GP - more specifically all the options in the "Help
Options", "Race Options" and "Game Options" menus.  They are all described
in the F1GP manual and documentation, so I'm not going to describe each of
them here. Time to consult your manual, if you don't know what each option
is already :-)
