Amithyst Electronic Magazine can be freely copied and distributed provided no part of it is changed and all of its files are kept with it. No part of the magazine may be copied and reproduced outside of the whole of the magazine, unless permission is granted by Amithyst's author (Sam Webb) and the author of the individual piece of material you want to use.

You use these files at your own risk and their authors cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to you or your computer (or anything else in fact).

Amithyst may be published on cover CD's as long as we are notified the first time it is done by your particular magazine. We will then contact you back and give you the go ahead so long as there are no problems.
