How to get support from our Support Teams...

If you use one of the support e-mail addresses your request will be forwarded
to the support team. You will get an answer as soon as possible. Please allow us to take some days for an answer
as sometimes we have to contact the programmers or try to test things first. We try hard to provide a good solution
of your problem as soon as possible.

Attention: When you want to get a quick answer from the support teams,
you should tell us the following items:
- the product name
- the version number (about requester or version)
- the date of this version (if available)
- your registration number (if available)
- your hardware (Amiga, OS, CPU, Ram)
- your problem
