From this page you can download a copy of OctaMEDPlayer for the PC.System requirements

To use OctaMEDPlayer, your system should fulfill the following requirements:
  • Processor: 386, 486, Pentium or Pentium Pro. 486 or above recommended.
  • OS: Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0.
  • Hardware: A 16-bit soundcard supported by Windows.

Version

The currently available version of OctaMEDPlayer is V0.903, release date 26-Aug-1996.
