IMPORTANT:  The format of the prefs file changed in V1.20.  Click on the
"ConvertPrefs" icon to convert prefs files created with a version of
AssignManager prior to this (ConvertPrefs uses ARexx, so the ARexx server
must be running for it to work).

Also, the format changed in a backwardly-compatible way in V1.23.
