Some notes on the EXTRA icons: 

These icons were made using the DOCK brushes that Martin Huttenloher
designed for the Toolmanager. Because I don't use this program I decided
to transform them into normal icons and added (in most cases) double action.

Also Included are two icons for Spot; 1 by Marco van der Voort and the
other one by myself after the famous doggie by Nico Francois.
