============================== DJIBOUTI ============================== Djibouti is situated in northeast Africa and is bounded almost entirely by Ethiopia, except in the southeast where it shares a border with Somalia. Its coastline is on the Gulf of Aden. The climate is hot, among the world's hottest, and extremely dry. Only a tenth of the land can be farmed even for grazing, so it has great difficulty supporting its modest, mostly nomadic population. Area (Sq.
