USE:
Loadwb loads and activates the Workbench program.

2.0,  2.1 (enhanced),  3.0

NOTES:
Loadwb is not the full Workbench program and should not be  
treated as if it were.

Sometimes it may be necessary to use the ENDCLI command to  
view the Workbench window after using this command.
