SKIN, lets you connect 2 or more equal outlines with faces.
The outlines MUST have an equal number of points in order for SKIN to work.
We'll use an axis and a waved outline, to create a waving flag shape.

Both outlines must be picked. Hold down the SHIFT key to pick in Multi mode.
Selecting Skin will then connect the necessary points to create faces.
