Brushes or Pictures can be wrapped onto objects in the Attributes requester. This demonstration will show you how to wrap images onto flat surfaces. After picking the object, select Attributes from the Object Menu. An object can have up to 4 different Brushes mapped onto any part of it. This requester lets you load the picture file from disk. The Brush Map requester displays several options for using the picture. Refer to the text file to view rendered examples of the different brush maps. Color Map is the normal method. It uses the brush in its original colors. Flat X & Flat Z are selected since the brush is mapping onto a flat surface. The Brush will be automatically scaled and fit to the object. Let's use Quick Render now to see how the brush map looks. PAUSE: Press Space when the Quick Render is completed. Now we will demonstrate how to adjust a brush map. `EDIT AX EES can be used to manually scale and fit the brush map. EDIT AXES can be used to manually scale and fit the brush map. The actual image area is in the upper right quadrant, above X, & right of Z. As you can see, it is already placed correctly on the object. If necessary, you can scale or move the brush map. Press space to accept the adjustments, or press Escape to cancel. Again, let's use Quick Render now to see how the brush map looks. PAUSE: Press Space when the Quick Render is completed. `TRANSFORM AX EES can b used 2 enter exact values for the brush map. TRANSFORM AXES can be used to enter exact values for the brush map. When you scale the object, the brush map is automatically adjusted. Let's Quick Render it! PAUSE: Press Space when the Quick Render is completed. DROP removes a brush map from an object.
