Five Countries work alongside extra-terretrial beings. They allowed 
these beings to set up twelve bases in their countries. As a result, 
they were each given something.

A China:   Communications Tech. It has one base.
B Russia:  Weapons Tech. It has one base.
C U.S.A.:  Weapons Tech. It has eight bases.
D Germany: Computer tech It has one base.
E France:  Aeronautics Tech. it has one base.

These Total Twelve bases

There were three U.F.O.  bases blown-up by:

1. U.S.A. Three mile in Harrisburg, Penn.
2. Russia. Chernobyll
3. China. Recently.

All of these are underground bases.
