JOESPH ARTHUR GOBINEAU
(1816-1882)

French Count, diplomat and writer. His writings refelect his belief in the
diffrences between races and he held the view of the superior qualities of
the Aryan race, which view fitted in with the rising nationalist feeling
Germany at the time.
