ALEXANDER GRAHAM BELL
(1847-1922)

British inventor, born in Edinburgh. In 1870 he went 1st to Canda and then
to the USA where he opened a school in Boston. In 1876 he patented his
invention of the telephone and later experimented with the phonograph.
