To use the Notebook, follow these simple steps:


ADDING A NEW RECORD

Step 1
------
Select the Add button from the Data Tool Bar.

Step 2
------
Give your document a title, such as "How to use the Notebook".

Step 3
------
Click the View button.  This will call up your editor.  If the file already exists, skip to Step 5.

Step 4
------
Save your document via your editor's save routine (giving your
document a name such as "SAMPLE.TXT", and exit the editor.

Step 5
------
Now click the field in the second column (Filename).  Click the button
in this cell to bring up a file browse dialog box.  Find the file you
just created and select it.
