Star Date for Windows - version 1.0 README.TXT

Star Date for Windows is a Windows desktop accessory designed to
convert Star Trek's Stardates into our standard calendar date. Includes
automatic access to the Windows clipboard, to simplify access to an
external Windows database or word processor program.

Star Date for Windows is the end result of an eight year study in
which I compared the Stardates and time references in every Star Trek
episode (including the original series, Next Generation, Deep Space Nine
and the movies) and set up a time span that maintained the maximum
continuity among all episodes. For this reason, Star Date for Windows
will not agree with any other Stardate conversion routine or program.
However, I feel that this is the best solution yet. Please refer to the
"Technical" section of the SDWIN.TXT file for more details.

A must for any serious Star Trek fan.

Star Date for Windows will then be installed to your hard drive and a
