This program is distributed as a shareware product. Registration is
available within the program or by printing REGISTER.DOC

**NOTE** Users of CISBILL v 1.xx see special instructions below.

    Requirements: IBM compatible equipment
                         256 K (More is better)
                         Monochrome or Color monitor
                         Hard disk drive
                         Printer (optional)
                         MS-DOS 3.0 or higher

I suggest you view or print "CISBILL.DOC" (10 pages total) before
jumping in, but if you prefer to start right up, then:

Make a new directory, as follows -
                MD CISBILL
Change to that directory with - CD CISBILL.
Copy all unzipped files from this distribution to CISBILL directory.

        To execute -
                CISBILL

Sample files have been included so the program can be demonstrated.
Before accumulating your own billing files, delete these sample files
and create BILLING.CAP by capturing your billing records from CIS.
See the documentation for a description of how to do this.

If you have any problems, suggestions or questions, call or write me.
E-Mail via CIS is the easiest.

**** INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREVIOUS USERS *****

This version of CISBILL is not compatible with files created by any
previous version (prior to version 2.0). If you are already a
registered user, you will receive an upgrade offer for $5, and will
receive a file conversion program along with the upgrade, if ordered.
If you are not a registered user, but have collected data with a prior
trial version, not to worry. When you register you will receive the
file conversion program to create files compatible with CISBILL v 2.xx.

You may elect to just continue using the old version rather than
register, which would certainly work (as of today). However, if CIS
makes changes to their billing format, I will only maintain version
    2.0 and up.
