Introduction 

     NoClick is a Microsoft Windows 3.0 utility program that lets you activate
a window by merely moving the pointer over it WITHOUT CLICKING.

     NoClick can be obtained from various BBSs.  If you'd like the latest
version of NoClick, see the end of this document for further details.


License and Disclaimer

     The shareware edition of NoClick is available for free from electronic
bulletin board systems (BBS), including CompuServe and OS/2 and Windows
magazine.  Other than normal BBS communications and service charges.  It may
not distributed for a fee, or combined with any commercial software or
hardware product, without the express written permission from All Network
Solution.  The sole instance where a fee may be charged for the shareware
edition of NoClick is when NoClick is distributed by public domain software
distributors, who as part of normal operations distribute public domain and
other shareware works for the cost of the media and its distribution.  In
order to distribute the shareware edition of NoClick, all files associated
with the program, including documentation and program executables must be
included as an indivisible unit.

     No warranty of any kind is implied and the user of NoClick is solely
responsible for the protection of all files and documents on his/her computer
system.  Use of NoClick does not imply any responsibility on the part of
All Network Solution for any claims due to damages of any kind, including
but not limited to consequential and incidental damages.  NoClick must not
be distributed where existing city, county, state, or federal laws/regulations
would invalidate any part of this license/disclaimer.  The user of the
NoClick program acknowledges that he/she is entitled to NO REMEDIES OF ANY
KIND due to the failure of the program to meet any perceived or expressed

Installation

     Simply copy the NoClick program, NOCLICK.EXE, to a sub-directory of
your hard disk.  You can do this using the appropriate DOS commands or using
Windows' File Manager.  NoClick can then be started by double-clicking on
"NOCLICK.EXE" inside File Manager.

Program Description

     The shareware edition of NoClick is programmed to disable in about
10 minutes.  By registering, we will send you an unrestricted copy of the
program.

     NoClick is a way to make using Windows a lot more comfortable. But
there are more practical uses for NoClick than just another utility.  Try
switching windows with NoClick running for a while and you will see the
difference.

     If you like NoClick, you may purchase it directly from All Network
Solution.   We offer it via mail-order only.  Being a registered user, we
will also notify you of new updates to the program (we already have some
in testing, but we welcome any ideas/suggestions) and new utilities we
have to offer.
