OSFrame is finally getting press attention.  If you look closely at the
screens on pages 139 and 164 of the February 26, 1991 PC MAGAZINE, you
can see OSFrame in action.  And although it was not mentioned in the 
article, it will be included in the New and Improved section of the
following issue.
