Worm War is a simple game sort of based on Centipede.  It runs under
Windows 3.0 only.  The object is to blast pretty much anything that moves.

The mouse or arrow keys can be used to move the player dude around and
the left mouse or space bar fires.

That's about it.  It gets old after a few minutes, but it's kind of cool.
It was originally developed on the Atari ST.
