               SCREEN FONT REDISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
               ====================================

Adobe Systems agrees to allow you to redistribute the Adobe screen fonts,
whether electronically (via network) or on disk, for screen display only.
This letter of agreement confirms the terms and distribution rights. The
following conditions apply:

1.  You cannot change any aspect of the screen font file without our
    written approval.

2.  Adobe is not responsible to you or your customers for any technical
    support with respect to your redistribution of these screen fonts.

3.  Adobe disclaims any warranty or liability obligations to you with
    respect to your redistribution.

4.  Fees charged for redistribution of screen fonts can only cover handling
    and shipping costs to a maximum of $12 per disk.

5.  If you reference the screen font name in any document, you are required
    to include the appropriate copyright and trademark information.

6.  Adobe has the right to cancel this letter of agreement at any time
    in the future.

If you agree with the above terms, please return a signed copy of this
letter before you begin redistributing the Adobe screen fonts to:
