New features and bug fixes for 1.0c

NEW FEATURES

1.  Function key F5 for dialing
2.  Shorten caption on minimize
3.  DDE w/ Reminder to dial number

        Protocol

        =e address mynames.add [d 555-1212]

    See Reminder docs for more details on
    Reminders DDE protocol.  The number that
    is specified on the DDE line will be
    dialed.  No Smart Dialer processing is
    done on this number.  The phone prefix
    from AM settings will be placed before
    the specified number.

BUG FIXES

1.  LOT'S of focus problems fixed.
2.  Keyboard interface improved all around
3.  Long Address bug when adding multiple records fixed
4.  Passing *.add filename on cmd line will load that file.
