STRATEGY AND THE LOTTERY 						  				

     The strategies the lotto player can use to win
  depend on many factors such as:

   1) Whether you intend to play the same numbers week
      after week and let the lotto "hit" you - this is
      known as "passive" playing.

   2) Whether you intend to change your numbers every week
      or play only when the lottery grand prize reaches a 
      certain dollar size - in other words, try to "hit"
      the lotto - this is known as "active" playing.

   3) Other factors that come into play are the following:
      
      A) How many dollars will be played either by a small
         group of people or a large pool.

      B) Whether the play is for a high stakes games like
         a multi-million dollar lotto or a few hundred
         thousand type play 5 game.

             ACTIVE / PASSIVE PLAYING

     If #1 is chosen above ("passive" playing) then other
   choices must be made, such as:

       1) Do I choose to concentrate my numbers to a select
     few using a "wheel" concept, or do I choose numbers all
     over the spectrum that have some emotional or personal
     meaning such as birth dates, ages, etc.
