  1) Do you want to choose your own numbers - (Y,N) ?

     If you enter "N" here, LOT-O-WIN will wheel the best
     numbers (the highest frequency numbers) for your game.

        Note: After you enter "N", the message
     "Please Wait ... Calculating Highest Frequency"
     may sometimes appear.

     If you enter YES or "Y", then you should enter your
     favorite numbers in each box. The numbers can be
     in any order, and do not have to be in ascending order.

        Note: If this is a KEY # wheel, then the
     first data box MUST contain your KEY NUMBER,
     which will appear in every set.

 2)  Output file # - enter a 3 digit file
     number that this wheel will be created
