"C" Library and VxDWriter (Ver. 1.01) for Developing Win95 VxDs
Copyright (c) 1997 by Somnath Kundu
--------------------------------------------------------------

This library and VxDWriter, a wizard to generate working template of
VxD, can be used to build Virtual Device Drivers (VxD) for Windows 95
in "C". However you need Win95 Device Driver Kit (from Microsoft) and
Microsoft Visual C++ compiler (ver. 4.0 or higher) to use this library.
To install this package just pkunzip it with -d option and create a
shortcut for VxDWritr.exe application on your desktop. You can also
add VxDWriter as an external tool in Microsoft Developer Studio's
Tools menu. You will find details help on the library functions in
vxdlib.hlp file.

In version 1.01 VxDWriter will generate MSVC++ project files so that
you can build your VxDs from Developer Studio's IDE and get all the
facilities provided there like source browsing, online help, etc.

This version of the package is distributed as a shareware. There is a
time limit of 20 days for evaluation of this package and it should not
be used to develop VxD for commercial release. If you find it useful
and continue to use it beyond 20 days or want to use it for developing
VxDs for commercial release, you should register it with the author.
The registration fee is US$ 45. As a benefit of registration, you will
get complete source code of the library on "AS IS" basis and a
registration number to unlock the time limit of VxDWriter application.
Please note that it costs both time and money to develop this type of
tools and I may not be able to continue development free of cost for
long time.

I have listed this package with Kagi payment processing service. Use
help | Register menu option in VxDWriter application to run the Register
application provided by Kagi and you will find various options for
payment. You can also use Kagi's online order processing service at
http://order.kagi.com for payment. There will be link in my home page
at http://members.tripod.com/~sysprog pointing to Kagi's online order
processing page of my software. Please note that you have to provide
a user name, product Id and a valid e-mail address to get the registration
number and the library source code. I can't supply these on floppy.

Any suggestion regarding improvement of this package is welcome. If you
find any bug or inconsistency please mail it me to so that I can fix it.

Thanking you for your interest in this package.
