Bug Fixes:
- Date Format now more intuitive and less restrictive.
Original problem was many users wanting to enter actual release
dates. For example, some CD's have actual release dates like
"04/24/94" etc.. By popluar request - this is now an optional
feature. You can enter a date as "1997" or "04/24/97", both are
  valid.
- Re-worked Scan CD option. Should now work accurately with 16x drives.
- Fixed bug that was not returning accurate total runtimes on some CDROM drives.
However, this has not been tested on 16x drive...
- Fixed Backup Database option that was acting strange on different systems.
This has been completely re-built and should now work on ANY system.
- Fixed Flashing display in the Audio Player if no CD is present.
