DynamoDNS
Frequently Asked Questions
--------------------------

Does this cost anything? Why not?

NO! Well, at least for the time being. I don't charge anything for the use
of DynamoDNS, but I am unsure how of how long Monolith's service will remain
free. Personally, I am totally against the profit of any software that isn't
used to directly make someone else profit. Of course, I am always open to
	donations to my beer fund...

Does DynamoDNS work with Windows98 Beta versions? NT?

DynamoDNS sometimes has problems with Windows98 or beta versions
of the next release of Windows. I can't test it so I can't guarantee
that it works. I have had some people say that it works fine and others
say that it doesn't at all. Until I can use it, I can't predict any
specific problems. The same goes for NT 4.0, although most people say that
	it runs fine...

Why don't the commands to launch web sites not work?

Probably because you are using Netscape as your default browser. Some installations
of Netscape do not correctly register the HTTP file type in the Windows registry.

Are you a psychedelic code genius?
Not at all. Most importantly, I just enjoy the hell out of what I do and I think
that it makes a difference. I only write apps that I am planning on using myself.
If I can't be a user of the program, I can't be expected to know what the user
needs. So when a bug is discovered, or a need for an update arises; I need a
functioning program as much as the next guy.
I must say that I have the best users that a coder could hope for. You guys are
wonderfully patient and I think that most of you understand the torture of my labor.
I appreciate your great comments and ideas during early phases of development.
I really think that this is a wonderful project that, hopefully, will someday be
part of basic Internet access. Let's cross our fingers!
I always listen to my user's comments and suggestions, you remember that!
