Setup Instructions
==================
Before you can start using GlobeTime, it is neccessary to configure
the time-zone for the local city that you live in. This time-zone is
the offset from UTC or GMT time.
For example:
	* Sydney	+10 hrs. 0 min.
	* Rome		+ 1 hrs. 0 min.
	* New York	- 5 hrs. 0 min.
(Please refer to a world map to obtain the correct values).

When ready, click the [Setup] button and set the spinedit controls,
to the correct time-zone values obtained above. Note, these controls
have a range from -24hr -30min to +24hr +30min inclusive. There is
also provision to enter the name of the local city, and options to
set DST (Daylight-Savings-Time) actions.

Editing the reference table
===========================
When GlobeTime is installed for the first time, it sets up 4 sample
Cities in the reference table. The other 28 are left empty. You can
use the scrollbar controls to view the complete table. All 32 entries
can be edited individually. Feel free to modify the table to suit
your requirements.

To edit a city, either double-click the row, or select the row and
press the [Edit] button. Here you will see a edit window similar to
the one used in the main setup screen. Enter the appropriate details
for the city in question.

Remember, when the DST Daylight-Savings setting is turned on, either
by manual or Auto controlled, an (*) ASTERIX is displayed in the
reference table to remind the user.

To remove a city from the reference table, just delete the city name
in the edit box. The table will not display entries without a name.

Selecting 12 / 24 hour formats
==============================
GlobeTime can display the time in both 12/24 hour formats. Use the
radio-buttons on the form to select the preferred format.
