Microsoft Windows 95/NT

I don't have time to test with Windows98.
Maybe it works well without modification.

Netscape 4.0x Encoding Switcher was developed to provide a quick way
to switch the Netscape Encoding Western and User-Defined codepage by
sending a sequence keystrokes direct to netscape. Run in System tray.

I am Thai and I have my own language. Normally netscape use codepage
"Western" to display English font and Thai people will config their
netscape to read Thai text by using codepage "User-Defined"
( menu View/Encoding ) because of Thai font not being much cute when
it is displayed with English character, we use it only when we'd like
to read our own language. I am sick of switch between those 2 modes.
( i think most of users is bored to do that like me ). So i decided
to write this utility. Run in system tray. I don't known how to switch
netscape encoding view mode by hotkey or any other way. Due to my HD
space very limit, I can't install any huge programming software. I use
winbatch programming to send a sequence keystokes directly to netscape.

Creat shortcut to file "nes.exe" and keep component files in the same
directory.

Only delete my files.

Maximize netscape before change encoding. You will get trouble if you
don't activate netscape before change codepage because it sends a
sequence keystokes directly to the active window. If you don't like my
util, you can use any other keyboard macro util. Popup dialog can't be
hidden when you click it. To solve this problem, click about or close
and reload my utility again.
