To use most of these themes, you will need Microsoft PLUS!, an add-on pack for Windows 95, available at your local software reseller.

NOTE TO THEME CREATORS: If you make a theme and would like it listed here, you must provide us with a permanent home site for the theme on a major FTP site. Themes in upload or incoming directories on FTP servers will not be posted until they are in a permanent directory. Also, if you're planning on posting your theme on a Web server, please make sure the server can handle the traffic. These themes get heavy downloads, and we've been experiencing too many bad, removed, or slow links to keep our visitors (and the service providers of the theme creators) happy.
