About
-----

WebColor is a simple, straight-forward Windows 95 and 98 application
that can help you create more reliable web pages. You get an easy to
use interface for designing color schemes for your web pages. If the
color that you've decided upon in not in the web safe range, you can
optionally create a jpeg file that you can use for tiling the back-
ground of the page.

Installation
------------

There is not installation program for WebColor. The simplest way to
make WebColor readily available is to unzip it in a directory and
use Explorer to drag it to your Start button.

Source Code
-----------

This package contains the original Delphi v3.02 source code for WebColor.
You may do with it as you will, but I would ask that if you create a
derivitive work based on WebColor to at least give me a mention.
