The Web Design Group's HTML 4.0 Reference help file is intended to provide
a quick overview of all HTML 4.0 elements, their attributes and brief
descriptions.

The help file includes descriptions of the following:
 - What's New in HTML 4.0
 - Structure of an HTML 4.0 Document
 - Organizational List of HTML 4.0 Elements
 - Alphabetical List of HTML 4.0 Elements
 - HTML 4.0 Entities

Each element has full annotations regarding syntax, attributes,
permitted contents, and a list of elements in which it may be used.
All elements are fully hyperlinked to allow for quick and easy navigation
from one element to another, and a searchable index and table of contents
are only a click away.

The help file is available for Windows 95, 98, and NT4. HTML and OS/2 INF
versions are also available from <http://www.htmlhelp.com/distribution/>.
