                      specially formated help file for Windows

     WINSIEGE.TXT     Operating instructions, copyright notice, registration
                      and user support.  You may type list file of copy it
                      to your printer (e.g. copy winsiege.txt lpt1). This
                      is the same information fund in WINSIEGE.HLP
