COMPOUND for Windows v. 1.0
An annoying, addictive little word game
by Matt Tagliaferri software.

Compound 1.0 is a simple little word puzzle.  The object is to unscramble the
compound word given to you.  A compound word is is defined in this program as a
word made up of two smaller words.

The word is mixed up and displayed in the lowermost box.  To move letters,
simply drag the letter to the desired box on the right side of the screen.
Letters can also be moved from box to box, or from a box back down to the
letter panel.  The actual compound word may have the first half either
horizontal or vertical (example: the word "hard-head" may have the word "hard"
vertical and "head" horizontal, or vice-versa).  

The list of possible words is kept in the file COMPOUND.INI.  Feel free to add
words, subtract words, etc.  See COMPOUND.INI for instructions on adding
words.

Setup Option(s):

A Setup option exists to allow you to change the time you have to solve the
puzzle.  Time entered is seconds given per letter of the current puzzle.  
No cheating!  (300 seconds per letter is a little extreme.)
